Breakfast At Fernwood Farm
We offer our guests a traditional breakfast each morning at a time designated by you.
Hearty country-style breakfasts from our seasonal, cooked- to-order menu feature juice, homemade muffins and sweet breads; eggs, and omelets with seasonal fresh vegetables grown on the premises; toast, individual hash brown casseroles, with your choice of sausage, bacon or Canadian bacon. Pancakes, Belgium waffles, French toast with real New York State syrup and fresh-brewed coffee/tea round out the menu.
Breakfast is served at the time you choose on your menu selection form and served in the dining room during the winter months, or weather permitting, outside on the pool deck.
Freshly baked muffins or sweet breads are served as an “appetizer” prior to being served your cooked-to-order breakfast.
Seasonal fresh fruit is also served with a choice of several different juices. Freshly brewed coffee/tea round out the menu.
Light fare (hot & cold cereals), gluten free, vegan and/or special dietary options are also available. Please don’t hesitate to ask!
